Who I am

Cocina Design (Cabinetry by Lucy) is a boutique cabinetry business based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Victoria, Australia. I am the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach me at lucy@cocinadesign.com.au or 0417 157 075.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, the suburb where your project is located, the type of project, and the description of your space that you write in the message box.

If you contact me by phone or email, I collect the information you share through those channels.

Why I collect it

I use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and, where relevant, prepare a proposal and carry out the work. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

Enquiry submissions are delivered to my inbox through this website's hosting platform, which stores them securely on my behalf. If we move forward with your project, I may share relevant details with the manufacturers, suppliers, stonemasons and installers involved in delivering your cabinetry — and only what they need to do their part.

Website analytics

I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages and projects people are most interested in. It uses cookies and only runs where the rules in your region allow it or after you agree. You can see exactly what is installed and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any project that follows. If an enquiry does not go ahead, I keep it only long enough to handle any follow-up, then delete it. You can ask me to delete your details sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Just contact me using the details above and I will help.

If the way I handle personal information changes, this page is updated.
